jalapeno peppers and tomoato

In our world, jalapeños are king.

That’s why we grow our own and handpick more than 25 million pounds a year. We then mix them together with peak season tomatoes and hand selected onions in the recipe David Pace first crafted over 60 years ago in San Antonio, Texas. So whether you love a good dip or use it as an ingredient for a variety of delicious south-western styled recipes, Pace® Salsa and Picante Sauce are sure to add a flavourful kick to your eating experience each and every time.

Salsa vs. Picante Sauce – What’s The Difference?

Pace Salsa and Pace Picante Sauce are both made with onions, tomatoes and hand picked jalapeños. But in a salsa these ingredients are chopped in order to give a nice texture for dipping whereas in a picante sauce, these ingredients are blended smoothly giving it the added benefit of being used as a flavour booster for many recipes.
