How to Redeem Labels for Merchandise
1. Make your selection from the Labels for Education™ 2005/2006 catalogue or from the online merchandise catalogue.
2. If submitting labels/UPCs/proofs, prepare them for redemption according to “How To Prepare Labels For Deposit”.
3. Schools Not Ordering Online: Complete the Merchandise Order Form on page 10 of the 2005/2006 Labels for Education™ catalogue. If ordering merchandise when submitting a label deposit, remember to complete the Label Deposit Form (page 9 of the catalogue) as well as the Merchandise Order Form (page 10 of the catalogue). Don’t forget to have your Label Deposit Form notarized (see How to Prepare Labels For Deposit). Note: The total number of label points being deposited, plus the number of label points banked in your account, must meet or exceed the total label points required for the selected merchandise.
4. Schools Registered Online: Login and complete the online Merchandise Order Form. Remember to print out a copy of your Merchandise Order Form prior to clicking “Submit Order”. Note: The total number of label points being deposited, plus the number of label points banked in your account, must meet or exceed the total label points required for the selected merchandise.
5. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery of your merchandise after you receive your label deposit verification. (if you do not have online access, please call 1-877-LABELS-4
(1-877-522-3573) for deposit verification). Please note that the merchandise may be shipped from various points and may arrive separately. All shipments of merchandise cease during July and August and resume again in September.
6. Installation and/or assembly of merchandise, when necessary, is not included. Any problems with merchandise must be reported within 30 days upon receipt. Please report problems to:
